Details of the operator of this website.

Company in formation

Firnkern GmbH is currently being formed. Registration in the Swiss commercial register is scheduled for autumn 2026; until then the company has neither a UID nor a CHE number. The two founders named above act personally and are personally liable until registration. We will add the registered office, UID and commercial register number here once the entry has been made.

Responsible for the content

Theresa Grieshaber and Marco Grieshaber, jointly. For feedback on individual content, a message to info@firnkern.ch is sufficient; we normally reply within two working days.

About the figures on this website

The figures produced by the calculator on the home page are empirical values and orders of magnitude, not a warranty. Every assumption behind them is disclosed on the home page in the section "How this figure is arrived at" and can be adjusted there to your own circumstances.

The figure for shortened onboarding is measured against the department's own operational experience and documented in the acceptance record. It is not a general statement about arbitrary companies.

All names, figures and incidents in the sample dossier and in the Firnament example are invented. No material from real clients is used.

We prepare the content of this website with care but cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Liability for damage of a material or immaterial nature arising from access to this website is excluded, except where intent or gross negligence is demonstrated.
